 Why we use Coconut Wax

• Burns cleaner and slower leading to a longer lasting candle

• Throws scent extremely well, whether lit or unlit

• Works well with a variety of essential oils and fragrance oils​

What kind of wicks are used in our candles?

• We use wooden wicks in all of our candles. Wood wicks burn longer, cleaner, and create a charming crackling sound. They do require a little more attention but we think its well worth it! There is a candle care card included in each order so you know how to get the most out of your candle.  

Shipping Policy 

• Orders take 1-3 days to be processed before they are shipped.

• All orders are shipped via USPS, at this time we only ship domestic.

• If you are interested in express shipping, and if it's available, please send a email to contact@auraandflamecandlecompany.com so we can see if we can accommodate your request.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, we would be happy to exchange it!

• The candle must be unused/not damaged

• Customer must cover for the shipping cost to exchange candles
